NEW PATIENTS

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment but will not be charged at the time of booking. Email us if this is a barrier.

  • Cash, debit or credit are accepted forms of payment. Receipts will be emailed. (Direct billing is not available at this time)

  • If you don’t see a day that works with your schedule, book the next available treatment that works for you and then add yourself to the waitlist *(scroll to the bottom of this page. Waitlist notifications are sent automatically on a first-come, first-served basis.

RETURNING PATIENTS - If it’s been over 12 months since your last treatment, book an Initial Visit and update the new Health Intake Form prior to your treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Ensure you have checked off your courtesy reminders that Jane sends out via text and email to prevent late changes or no shows.

  • 48 hours notice is required for any changes to your appointment. Failing to provide 48 hours will result in being charged the full treatment fee.

  • For inclement weather, we follow the Halton District School Board updates regarding transportation for weather. We will waive our cancellation fee should buses or schools be closed.

Using hands-on techniques, osteopathic treatment works with the brain-body connection to realign muscles and joints to remove unwanted stiffness in the body.​ Treatment uses subtle, meticulous and intentional touch to create safety within the body.


Exercise-Based Rehabilitation

Helping ALL AGES & FITNESS LEVELS. Beginners WELCOME! These sessions offer personalized attention to your current exercise program or one that will be designed for you. Learn proper form and technique to help build confidence and take the "guesswork" out of exercising. Helping reduce injuries, increase strength and bring awareness for activities of daily living.

As a health and wellness advocate, Sheri is a life-long learner who has enjoyed being a part of the health industry for over 20 years. As an Osteopathic Practitioner, Sheri brings realistic and effective options to healthy, happy living.

She was drawn to osteopathy due to the holistic, interconnected approach it takes in treating the cause of pain. Osteopathy is a layered approach to healing that encompasses both science and art to provide both a science-based and an intuitive take on health care.

Sheri specializes in persistent pain from a trauma-informed lens to provide people with physical and mental/emotional support. Education is key in helping those who suffer from long standing pain understand the “why’s” of their individual pain.

Treatments are covered by most major insurance companies. Check with your companies policy as each offers different coverage.

Your receipt will be emailed for you to submit to your insurance company and receipts also qualify as a tax deductible medical expense on your tax return.
